1. All video footage recorded by any means during the investigation is protected by copyright and remains the sole property of Night Veil Paranormal.

2. All photographs taken by any means during the investigation are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of Night Veil Paranormal.

3. All audio recordings made by any means during the investigation are protected by copyright and remain the sole property of Night Veil Paranormal.

4. You acknowledge and agree that Night Veil Paranormal reserves the right to publish any footage and findings from the investigation on our official YouTube channel.

5. Unless explicit written consent is provided by you, the location of the investigation will remain strictly confidential. This includes omission of identifying details in any visual, verbal, or written content.

5a. You may be invited to participate in an on-camera interview. Participation is voluntary, and you have the right to decline.

5b. On occasion, we may request to conduct part or all of the investigation independently (without your presence). In such cases, written permission from you will be required.

6. Faces of minors (under the age of 18) will be automatically blurred in any published material (including existing photographs on-site), regardless of consent given by parents or guardians.

7. You consent to Night Veil Paranormal using available electrical outlets on the premises during the investigation, within reasonable and safe limits.

8. You acknowledge that the average duration of an investigation is approximately 4-6 hours.

9. You grant permission for Night Veil Paranormal to film in any room on the premises unless specific areas are identified and communicated in advance as off-limits.

10. You grant permission for external filming of the property for aesthetic purposes. Clause 5 (location confidentiality) will still apply.

11. You understand and agree that investigations are conducted primarily during night time (hours of darkness) for optimal conditions.

12. You agree not to touch, tamper with, or interfere with any equipment used during the investigation. Any damage resulting from such interference may result in a civil claim to recover the cost of repair or replacement.

13. Night Veil Paranormal holds active Public Liability Insurance.

14. You acknowledge that paranormal activity is not guaranteed to occur and that investigations may conclude without any such findings.

15. Copies of recordings (video, audio, or photographic) can be requested for an additional fee. Please inquire for pricing. Payment must be made in full prior to the release of any materials.

16. If recordings are provided to you, you acknowledge and agree—per Clauses 1, 2, and 3—that you may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, claim ownership of, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from Night Veil Paranormal.

17. Night Veil Paranormal agrees to conduct the investigation professionally, respectfully, and with due care to your property.

18. You agree to treat Night Veil Paranormal team members with courtesy and respect. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will be reported to the Police.

19. Before beginning any investigation, we share the location and contact details of the investigation with a small number of trusted organisations and individuals (referred to as Information Trustees). This is done to help ensure the safety and security of everyone involved. The Information Trustees hold this information securely and only for the duration of the investigation, after which it is deleted.

20. Privacy Policy: We do not share your personal information (including but not limited to your name, email address, telephone number, or physical address) with any third party unless required to do so by law or temporarily as per Clause 19.
