We investigate claims of paranormal activity using a combination of scientific tools, historical research, and intuitive observation.
2. What kind of locations do you investigate and where?

We explore homes, businesses, historical sites, and other places reported to have unusual or unexplained activity.
We investigate mainly in the Southwest but do investigate all over the UK.
3. Is your service free?
Yes, our investigations are typically free of charge. We do this out of a passion for the paranormal and a commitment to helping people. However if you do require copies of the recordings we do have a reasonable charge.
4. How long do Investigations last and when are they are carried out?
Each case is different, so investigation times can vary but typically between 3-6 hours.
For confidentiality and practical reasons, most investigations are conducted during night hours.

5. Are you Insured?

Yes we hold full specialist Public Liability Insurance.

6. How do I know if my location is haunted?
​
Unusual noises, cold spots, shadow figures, objects moving on their own, and feelings of being watched are just a few possible signs—but not all activity is paranormal. We help you find out what's really going on.
7. Do you reveal the locations you are investigating?
​
​For privacy and confidentiality, we never reveal investigation locations in any film, audio, or public recording unless we have been given explicit permission. Many of our investigations take place in businesses or private properties where owners may not wish the public to know their location is associated with paranormal activity. We always respect that privacy and handle all material with discretion.

8. Will your investigation make things worse?

Our goal is to provide clarity and relief, not to stir up or escalate activity. We approach each case with respect and caution.
9. What equipment do you use?

We use a range of tools including EMF meters, digital voice recorders, spirit boxes, infrared cameras, motion sensors, and more.
10. Do you get rid of spirits?
​
No we don't, but we can refer you to professionals who specialize in spiritual cleansing, blessings, or removal if needed.

Absolutely —There’s laughter, teamwork, including sitting in the dark, whispering to empty rooms, and getting excited over creaky floorboards, the occasional “Did you hear that?” moment. It might not be thrill-a-minute stuff, but when something happens, it’s unforgettable.

You’re very welcome to join us on an investigation.
We just ask that you observe quietly and avoid interfering with the process, as even small disruptions can affect the results. To help us capture clear and reliable evidence, please keep your phone switched off or on silent, refrain from talking or whispering, and remain as still as possible during active sessions.
This helps maintain the calm, focused atmosphere needed for the investigation — and ensures you’ll get to fully experience the night as it unfolds.
